About the role:

• Support NDIS participants with physical and/or mental health illness
• Understand and provide the appropriate care to participants with both high and low needs who demonstrate a range of differing needs
• Complete shift reports and assessments
• Assist with activities relating to daily living, tasks, community access and supported independent living.

What you'll need for this role:

• NDIS Worker Screening check (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children's check (Blue Card)
• Cert III, IV or Diploma in relevant fields
• Work rights, Drivers License and Car Insurance
• First Aid Certificate and CPR
• NDIS worker orientation module
